Your phone has a built-in setting that sends calls you don’t answer, or that come in while you’re busy, to another number. We give you the exact code for your phone provider and plan, and test it with you. Calls you answer ring through as normal. Only the missed ones come to us.

The first reply goes out automatically under your business name, written in your wording. It’s a fast, polite “sorry I missed you, what do you need?” Everything else comes to you. We never pretend to be you quoting or booking a job.

1 credit = 1 outgoing text (up to 160 characters). A typical missed-call conversation uses about 2 to 4 credits. Texts from callers are free. Monthly credits reset each billing period and don’t roll over.

A term is a fixed commitment and can’t be cancelled early.

• Commit & Save is a limited-time offer: a 6-month term for 10% off or a 12-month term for 25% off your plan’s monthly fee.
• If you tell us you want to stop, your service stays active and we keep billing the plan fee each month until the term ends.
• You owe every month of the term, whether or not you use the service.
• You’re only released early if we materially fail to provide the service and don’t fix it within 14 days of your written notice, if we refund you under the DFY results guarantee, or if we make a materially adverse change to our terms.
• We email you a summary of your term when you choose it and ask you to confirm you understand.

Your customers’ details are used only to run your service. We don’t sell, rent or trade them. They’re shared only with you, and with the service providers that process data on our behalf.
