Monthly credits don’t roll over. When your credits reach zero, $20 is charged to your card automatically (about 133 texts) and we email a receipt. You can turn this off in your account, and texting pauses at zero. We take no card until you subscribe. Unused paid top-ups are refunded on request within 30 days of cancelling.

What is included in the 30-Day Free Trial?

Which plans have a free trial?
Starter and Growth Engine have a free 30-day trial. DFY has no free trial, but has a 30-day results guarantee.
What if I go over my credits?
Extra texts cost $0.15 each on every plan. When your credits reach zero, we charge $20 to your card automatically (about 133 texts) and email you a receipt. You can turn this off in your account. If you do, texting pauses when your credits reach zero.
Do I need an app or a login?
Not on Starter or Growth Engine. Leads arrive as a text on your phone. The DFY plan includes a portal and mobile app for your office team.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Customers keep calling the number on your ute, your invoices and your Google listing. You don’t change your phone plan or provider, and you don’t install anything.
Can I cancel a monthly plan any time?
Yes. If you haven’t chosen a Commit & Save term, you can cancel any time by emailing hello@metricgrow.com.au or texting our support line. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no exit fee.
What is Commit & Save, and can I cancel a term early?
A term is a fixed commitment and can’t be cancelled early.
- Commit & Save is a limited-time offer: a 6-month term for 10% off or a 12-month term for 25% off your plan’s monthly fee.
- If you tell us you want to stop, your service stays active and we keep billing the plan fee each month until the term ends.
- You owe every month of the term, whether or not you use the service.
- You’re only released early if we materially fail to provide the service and don’t fix it within 14 days of your written notice, if we refund you under the DFY results guarantee, or if we make a materially adverse change to our terms.
- We email you a summary of your term when you choose it and ask you to confirm you understand.
